I crave for chocolat fin

After a long exhausting working day, I said to myself I need a peice of chocolate with new flavor. Minty, spicy or bitter?

No Godiva.

I wanted to be my chocolate with no extra cost.

And I started to prepare the chocolate with raspberry liqueur and I added 2 slices chopped of dried mango. Inside.

New and...sweet!

Chocolate with raspberries liqueur and almonds

I like my homemade chocolate with raspberries liqueur.

The recipe is simple: add one cup sour cream with 2 cups of sugar and mix and add half of a cup of coca powder and stir on theheat for 5 minutes. This is the chocolate cover. Put to rest.

Create the filling: 5 teaspoons lemon juice with 5 spoons of almonds powder and 2 teaspoons of lemon zest and 2 teaspoons of raspberries liqueur put in a blender and then add icing sugar until you can create little balls with your fingers.

On top, put the chocolate cover and put in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Serve black coffee with the raspberries liqueur and almonds chocolate balls.

Chocolate with thyme

The recipe for this homemade chocolate, I'll post in a few days, it is delicious....

Mix all and prepare like a ball......a pinky ball filling.

Add on top dark chocolate made from 2 spoons of honey and 4spoons of cocoa powder on medium heat for 3 minutes.

Chocolate with honey and red pepper

-two teaspoons dried cherry

Mix the ingredients for 3 minutes on the heat at 185 Farenheit.

Chocolate with canary melon and red pepper

A perfect chocolate homemade with canary melon and redd pepper. It is my boyfriend's favorite!

- two cups chocolate chips
- two teaspoons sour cream
- one small red pepper fine chopped
- two teaspoons lemon zest
- four teaspoons dried canary melon
- two teaspoons raw honey

Mix the ingredients and stir for 3 minutes at 185 Farenheit.

If you use fresh canary melon, you should know, the chocolate needs to go to the refrigerator because it will melt  due to the canary melon juice.
