Chocolate for a cancer patient

I love chocolate, I love homemade chocolate and I like to offer chocolate to cancer patients.

I like to see a smile on a cancer patient face, I know how hard can be struggling to win the fight with cancer.

This post is to encourage you to offer this time of the year a chocolate bar, a chocolate basket or a homemade chocolate to a cancer patient. More ideas here:

Dark chocolate with beet root and lemon

Prepare your own dark chocolate with new flavours.




For the beet root filling, mix 2 spoons honey with the juice of one small beet root and put on medium heat for 3 minutes. Add 3 spoons of icing sugar, 1 spoon of almonds fine choppedm 1 teaspoon of lemon zest and 1/4 teaspoons of black pepper..
Mix all and prepare like a ball......a pinky ball filling.

Add on top dark chocolate made from 2 spoons of honey and 4spoons of cocoa powder on medium heat for 3 minutes.
