Chocolate for a cancer patient

I love chocolate, I love homemade chocolate and I like to offer chocolate to cancer patients.

I like to see a smile on a cancer patient face, I know how hard can be struggling to win the fight with cancer.

This post is to encourage you to offer this time of the year a chocolate bar, a chocolate basket or a homemade chocolate to a cancer patient. More ideas here:

I crave for chocolat fin

After a long exhausting working day, I said to myself I need a peice of chocolate with new flavor. Minty, spicy or bitter?

No Godiva.

I wanted to be my chocolate with no extra cost.

And I started to prepare the chocolate with raspberry liqueur and I added 2 slices chopped of dried mango. Inside.

Lovely.

Pure.

New and...sweet!

Chocolate with raspberries liqueur and almonds

I like my homemade chocolate with raspberries liqueur.

The recipe is simple: add one cup sour cream with 2 cups of sugar and mix and add half of a cup of coca powder and stir on theheat for 5 minutes. This is the chocolate cover. Put to rest.

Create the filling: 5 teaspoons lemon juice with 5 spoons of almonds powder and 2 teaspoons of lemon zest and 2 teaspoons of raspberries liqueur put in a blender and then add icing sugar until you can create little balls with your fingers.

On top, put the chocolate cover and put in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Serve black coffee with the raspberries liqueur and almonds chocolate balls.
